Covid 19 Policy

Thank you for choosing A Bathe Electrics for your home’s electrical fitting or repair. We take the health and safety of everyone on site very seriously, no more so than during this time of pandemic. Please find below our Covid 19 policy. If you have any questions about any of the points, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Before the visit

  • I will ensure that I don’t have any Covid-19 symptoms and ask the customer if they do before the visit.

During the visit

  • I will ensure that there is somewhere for me to wash my hands, however I will carry hand sanitiser with me.
  • I will ensure that I follow the latest government guidelines with regards to Covid-19.
  • I will always ensure that I carry the correct PPE.
  • I will wear a mask at all times when inside the customer’s property.
  • If a customer, or household member is displaying Covid-19 symptoms when I arrive at the property, I will not enter the property and reserve the right to postpone the work until a negative test is produced by the person displaying symptoms or until the isolation period has ended.

After the visit

  • If I find I am displaying symptoms after completing the work within the timeframe specified by the government, I will inform the Track and Trace service of the customers I have been in contact with during that time.
  • I would ask customers who display symptoms 48 hours after I have been in the household to let me know so I can make an informed decision about whether to take a Covid test.
